Alloro

Online shop is currently closed as we restock and redesign. More soon!

Alloro is the creation of artist Amanda Lee, bringing together her love of printmaking, textiles, and well made objects, in her hand screen-printed fabrics. Established in 2013 while Amanda was living in a small town in Tuscany, Alloro is known for handmade quality, natural dye, and cheerful design. Made in small batches, each Alloro piece is printed and sewn by hand using traditional printmaking methods and European linen.

Caring for your linen

All Alloro items can be machine washed at temperatures up to 100ยฐF / 40ยฐC. The safest way to wash is with cold water and mild detergent, as ph neutral as possible.

Your piece has been pre-washed, but you might notice a small shift in the color after the first wash, this is normal. Weโ€™ve always used an oxygen bleach / non-chlorine bleach for stain removal, such as OxiClean. The towels that we use at home have been in our kitchen for over seven years now - they are delightfully soft in touch and appearance.
